MAYDWELL YOGA
VIRTUAL STUDIO
Accessible. Affordable. Authentic.
Yoga that keeps community at the center.

Our Virtual Studio makes high-quality yoga accessible beyond physical walls without losing the heart of what makes practice meaningful.

Even when we’re not in the same room, we stay connected through safe, science-informed teaching and genuine human relationships.
WHAT IS MAYDWELL YOGA
VIRTUAL STUDIO?
The Maydwell Yoga Virtual Studio is a live, online yoga studio designed to make high-quality, thoughtful yoga accessible from anywhere. Classes are taught in real time by Maydwell teachers and focus on safe, clear instruction with options for different bodies, experience levels, and needs.

This is not a large on-demand platform or an anonymous video library. Our virtual studio emphasizes connection, consistency, and community—while allowing students to practice from home.

Whether you’re joining from across town or across the world, you’re practicing with a real studio, real teachers, and a real community.
Live. Real. Intentional.

This is live, real teaching—not a pre-recorded production—and that’s intentional. Our classes are taught by real teachers, in real time, with a focus on the students on the screen. While the technology isn’t polished or cinematic, our care, attention, and presence are.

You’re not just watching a class.

You’re practicing with us.

COMMUNITY COMES FIRST

Our primary goal is to maintain a strong, supportive community; especially online.

We do this through:
-
Virtual office hours where students can ask questions, share concerns, or simply connect with their teachers
-
Monthly online community events such as mala making, paint-and-sip gatherings, and other creative offerings
-
Ongoing challenges and community events throughout the year, including yoga challenges, photo competitions, and interactive experiences
To support real connection, our virtual classes are intentionally capped at 45 students. This allows teachers to offer feedback, recognize students by name, and maintain meaningful relationships; even online.

We believe practicing at home doesn’t mean practicing alone.
