Maydwell Yoga Foundations: Vinyasa I is a 6-week student training designed to help you build a confident, informed, and sustainable yoga practice. Through weekly classes, guided study, and a beautifully crafted handbook, you’ll learn the foundational elements of Vinyasa; from breath-led movement and safe alignment to transitions, pacing, and body awareness.

This program goes far beyond simply doing yoga poses; it teaches you how and why Vinyasa works, giving you the knowledge and skills to feel comfortable in any studio or home practice. Whether you're brand-new to yoga or returning to your mat looking for clarity and confidence, this training offers a supportive environment where learning is encouraged, questions are welcomed, and your unique body and experience are honored.

Each week builds intentionally on the last so you can learn at a steady, supportive pace. Instead of dropping you into fast-moving flows, this program takes a mindful, educational approach to Vinyasa. You’ll learn how and why movements work, receive clear alignment guidance, and discover modifications that support your unique body.

With two guided sessions each week, you’ll have time to learn, ask questions, revisit concepts, and gain confidence without feeling rushed. This structure helps you develop a sustainable Vinyasa practice grounded in breath, alignment, and self-awareness; so you can feel confident practicing in any studio or at home.
